Upon his return he was excited to tell me that he found a mail box cheaper than the one we agreed upon and it had a magnetic door on both ends. He dug up the old mail box and post (with a tool I was able to borrow from a neighbor), concreted in the new post and fastened the new mail box enclosure over the post.
