"I had a rubber roof that was leaking I called John out to take a look gave me a good price for a new rubber roof he did it Same week very fast prompt good quality of work his employees are very nice very considerate they also installed me a brand new composite deck with vinyl handrails came out beautiful for summer. I’m extremely satisfied with Johnston general contracting. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family. Hire again for any future needs. Thank you…."

"Out of the Ordinary Construction is a father and son team, they built a deck at the rear of my home after removing some dilapidated steps. They did an outstanding job, I was impressed on their work ethics and dedication to completing the project. They arrived early in the morning and worked until late evening; their professionalism was astonishing and amazing!! My new deck is gorgeous and I am a very happy customer, I will use this company again on a future project and I highly recommend them for anyone needing a project done. "Fantastic results!!!! William replaced and repaired rails and deck boards, rebuilt stairs from a lower 27 year old deck to an upper 37 year old deck, power washed everything, and then stained it. You cannot tell how old either deck is. His craftsmanship is something to be admired. I have before and after photos to support my statement and admiration of William's work. GREAT JOB FOR THE MONEY SPENT. No regrets!!!!"

"They were great. Very communicative on arrival time, with quotes, with invoicing, and did all services exactly as they said they would and as good as we hoped.
