Ken was the most responsive of all the bidders. He was friendly, personable, prompt, and responsive. He said he’d put together a bid and he delivered exactly when he said he would. He patiently answered all my questions and ran through other scenarios. He also worked to help find the best solution for me and my budget. When the time came to actually tear down the old deck and build the new one, he actually delivered even before the time he’d quoted. His team even trimmed back bushes to do the best possible job. Afterwards, he followed up and made sure everything was perfect. He’s a genuinely good guy and he and his team do fantastic work.

Top Gun installed a new/bigger composite deck, paver patio, and built a double retaining wall system that created a bigger back yard, and side yards that are significantly more level. We have a very functional and beautiful outdoor space now. The attention to detail, giving us options and ideas, and prompt status updates were excellent. Every question or concern we had was addressed and the results are spectacular. We have full confidence in their work and will recommend them.

Highly professionally crew that was very considerate of my family as they worked on the property. We moved our cars out of the garage so that the project materials could be delivered and stored in our drive - close to the construction. By the end of the day, the crew had moved the materials away from the driveway and into the shade allowing for us to park our cars back into our garage. This was SOOO appreciated. The finished deck is beautiful. We also had stairs added onto the back of the house. The crew had to find hand-holds for the stairs due to code and had no issues coming back and completing the job. The whole process from planning to inspection ran smoothly with great communication between the project manager, his crew and me. I highly recommend Top Gun Renovations for your next deck construction. Now I have to think about the next project I want to hire them for!

Very hard working and diligent

Ken and his crew were very professional, always prompt and very responsive. That level of customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism is so rare these days AND they did great work. They took off an old deck and put in a new one with some improvements and with stunning results. I will most definitely call them for my next project.

I did some research prior to hiring Top Gun. I wanted top quality work and materials. Due to an illness in my household, I also asked them to work as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. They are absolute experts at what they do, and they are efficient. They show up, put in a good day's work...all top quality, and come back the next morning to carry on. I will recommend them to anyone. You may share my email for that purpose if you desire. We are totally satisfied. They are all very professional and friendly folks.

Ken and his crew did a fantastic job removing and building our 24X16 deck and 20X16 paver patio. So much so we hired them to rebuild the 10X10 deck too. Extremely professional, completed decks are beautiful. Highly recommended.

There was a small problem with the permit. Other than that, we were very pleased with the experience.

They did the work quickly and did just what I asked. It was good quality. And they cleaned up very well when complete
