The estimator, Nate, came the next day and emailed the estimate that afternoon. The price was what we expected. A few weeks later, Rich arrived on time and thoroughly power washed the house, shed, and deck. A week later, Ted (working foreman) and four-painter crew arrived on time and began prepping the surfaces. Ted met with us, described the work sequence, and thoroughly addressed our questions. The painters were diligent in their work and very professional. Ted and a crew member expertly repaired areas of rotted wood found during the power wash. All work was completed efficiently in a high-quality manner, we were updated on progress and when finished, the house, shed and deck looked great. Arrived everyday at same time - worked tirelessly and upon completion everyday - cleaned up and returned promptly next day and started again. The ceilings were textured and he matched the pattern perfectly. Very conscientious about the quality of his work - absolutely an excellent professional painter.
