The estimate of cost was reasonable and fair. Corey solved one unforeseen problem in our deck stairs without raising the price. He and his assistant/wife work quietly and efficiently, and they cleaned up well after the job was done. The only sign that they had been there was a little sawdust in the back yard. We would hire him again â and hope to, as home-maintenance problems arise. Corey has the good, old-fashioned American work ethic. He takes pride in his work. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job.
