"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."

We had estimates done by other companies that were much higher and one that was lower. Planet Fitness was in the middle but based off of the quality materials they utilize we chose to go with them. We were also able to get on their schedule in less than a week. Higher recommend this company based off quality for the price and integrity. "

"Patrick for my sales rep was very knowledgable & did not use crummy fear mongering tactics while also giving me a realistic assessment & no pressure quote on my roof replacement. My roof was 20+ years old & required full OSB on top. Hunter my project manager was very transparent & kept me in the loop consistently as the project unfolded & helped me update the financing (due to full OSB adding labor & product) with zero hassle. The workers themselves were very nice and courteous. I felt fully informed & had a dialogue from initial appointment setup to project completion. "I worked with Sal Izzo on my roof project after having wind damage during the March storms. Sal was right out to inspect the damage and worked with me on getting my roof tarped and waterproof before additional damage could be done. The crew who came and replaced the roof were fast and experienced in their craft and completed the work in 1 day. When completed you could not tell they were even there other than the new roof that was installed. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Sal and Shell Restoration and plan on having them return to replace windows in my home."

However, theyhave a good product in those "Marvin" windows and they are professional and respectful of your home. When decided on a company to do your windows at least always keep them in the mix of your consideration as they should always be on your top three list of companies - $, reputation, professionalism in text, emails, phone call and on site visists are important to me. I feel I paid a fair price."
