After the job was complete, I found I still didn’t have power in the wall. Now I’m being told it is a separate job and cost. An explanation before having the work done about it being a separate problem and needing additional work would have been very helpful. All I’m told now is they can come out for a service call which is $212 plus whatever the issue is. This was a miscommunication error on Mr. Electrics side. I informed the tech about the problem and there was no testing on the wall afterwards. Very disappointed."

They were always very responsive, professional and extremely courteous, even checking in with us every day to see how the work went that day. I've never been more satisfied with a contractor, and would not even call another company if I needed this type of work done again."
