Portion of email sent to owner on 10/23/25 follows- "I am relieved that our difficulties with your company occurred after the completion of our driveway paving project on 8/20/25. Your crew did an outstanding job and we continue to praise them and their fine work. Sadly, it is the failure of your company to honor the promises that Joe made on 8/21/25, 8/22/25, 10/2/25 & 10/17/25 to send us a $100 check for work not completed and email or mail us a copy of our final bill that has caused us to reconsider our high praise. I'm glad that business is going so well for your company that you can operate with a business model that does not put a premium on customer satisfaction. I should have believed all the negative reviews that I read online that targeted your company?s frequent failure to respond to customers." "

"First let me say that these guys are hard workers from the beginning of the job to the end. After we moved into a new home, they’ve taken our weed filled, root laden yard and turned it into a green heathy lawn which they continue to kept neat and trimmed. We had an unusable area of the yard that was filled with rocks, mulch and weeds, which they turned it into a beautiful patio using pavers with a 10’x12’ finish. If you want the job done right with very reasonable pricing , I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They will get the job done!!"
