"Stephen was very easy to work with. He kept me informed as to starting date and issues that came up as he removed our old siding. He worked with us on budget and there were no surprises on the final cost of the project. "The only difficulty we had was getting someone to come out at first, but because of the past winter snow storm, a deck and railing were understandably not a priority. The first estimate we received was a lot more than we had anticipated, but Home Crafters didn't understand that there was nothing wrong with the garage roof, just the deck, so they immediately revised the estimate to reflect what we wanted with the caveat that there may an additional charge if they had to do more once the boards were removed.The man who did the work was excellent. he was on time each day, professional, explaining to me everything he was doing. He worked efficiently and cleaned up each day. He was at our house for a week. The railing was hard to put in because our soil was so clayey, but the end result was exactly what we wanted. The original estimate was $3650, but because he put on the sealant and put in new flashing, we were charged an additional $350, which we thought was reasonable. This is the second time we have used Home Crafters and we plan to use them again next year for another project."

They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well.
