The room has quite a bit of painted woodwork (4 large sash windows, tall baseboards, a several doors.) The completed work was beautiful, neat and clean. Recently, Tom built and installed pressure treated steps in our backyard. He came out took measurements then sent a proposal. The steps are great and solved a big problem for us. "The salesman that stopped by was friendly and ran us through all the samples. He was very knowledgeable about the products and overall just a friendly person. We had laminate and carpet installed. They were installed on separate days by two separate contractors. The work that was performed was good and every thing looks great. My only complaint is that the first contractors that came in and did the laminate did not speak any English (none at all). It made it very hard to communicate on how we wanted the floor laid out and any issue that they ran into. We managed to communicate what we wanted through gestures and got the job done though. They did an excellent job, it was just hard to communicate with them."
