Now we just completed our 2nd full kitchen renovation with Todd and his team. My wife and I are very cautious when hiring people to come work at our home. Courteous to converse with during the planning period. Happy to answer questions regarding materials, products, and the design that was best for our home. Detailed and itemized quote followed. "We hired Carmen to finish our basement in our house and we gave him just skeleton ideas of what we wanted. I'm glad we let him run with it because we couldn't be happier. Carmen is incredibly professional, talented and creative. I think what's not often talked about with contractors is how they treat their clients and Carmen is the most personable guy we've ever worked with. He was always cognizant of us working from home and was always accessible for questions both before, during and now after the job. We look forward to him doing our master bath next. We wouldn't hire anyone else to do kitchen, bath or basement work. Can't say much other than the completed job is above and beyond what we expected!"

"Zach mis measured a foundation on step #1, made the wood structure fit in the cheapest and laziest way. Concrete pillars were supposed to be hidden under the shed (I also supplied a drawing from another contractor to go by) and they now extend past so I am not able to just easily landscape around them as well as some of the brackets literally hanging off of the pillars. A couple of the concrete screws did not draw down all the way, a normal person would find out why and fix but nope they left it this way, pictures in the link!! The foundation was not square and it is to wide as well due to this mistake. I also had to shim multiple areas due to the foundation not being level. He promised to come back and help with some landscaping and some sort of flashing on the back to help hide the mistakes and most importantly keep water off the wood, I even had him give me a paid receipt saying he will return to help and then disappeared. I have linked pictures and a video of the terrible workmanship. Would not recommend. A follow up and help with some of the landscaping would have been very appreciated. { Removed google link}"

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."
