About us
***We are now offering Home Energy Audits*** I started working for myself in 1999, I choose to do this line of work because i believe that this is my true calling. I have 8 employees. I don’t consider my job work, i just love the type of work I do and being able to run my own business is just an added bonus. I take great pride in all of my workmanship and I pass those same values onto my trusted employees. We are a family based business. I am personally on each and every job from start to finish. No job is considered complete until I do my final walk thru inspection. Final payment will never be requested until a walk thru inspection is performed with the home owner and all issues have been addressed. In addition to our services, we also have a home improvement division. I personally have 18 years of carpentry background experience. All of my weatherization installers have successfully completed the required state mandated classes to legally perform weatherization services, such as Introduction to weatherization, Advanced diagnostics, Base load service, lead based paint removal & safe handling. "After we complete the attic insulation portion of the project, Mrs [Member Name Removed]asked if I could attach gutter guards on 20 leaner feet of gutters for her, it was a very small project, (1 hr) There were also several other small projects that were mentioned that would fill out the day & make it cost effective to send out a service truck & one employee. Miss [Member Name Removed]at a later date explained that the other small projects were not a concern anymore & just wanted the gutter guards installed, Even though we’re loosing money, I did not want to turn the project down & disappointment anyone. At this time there was a unexpected death in my immediate family & I was obligated to make several trips to Texas to handle the estate & other legal matters related to will. I did offer my sincere apologies for the brief delay in returning the $115. Deposit to Mrs Isaacson. In 2021, my family is celebrating 20 yrs since the start of our company, We proudly earned & maintain an A+ Rating with BBB, Home Advisor & Angie’slist. I assured [Member Name Removed] that her deposit of $115. Will be returned."
"In a effort to protect the customers personal belongings my staff had to move several pieces of furniture while we carried the 17 bags of insulation into the attic area. At the end of the day while we were doing our routine clean up,, we did move the furniture back into there original place however there was a printer that was placed on the wrong side of the computer ? It was a honest mistake and I corrected the error as soon as Mrs [Member Name Removed] Informed me."
