They actually were able to do the work earlier than originally scheduled. They and their crew arrived early and completed the work expertly. Our soil is so clay impacted that they had to use a jackhammer to dig down to expose the sewer pipe. Ross also replaced our kitchen sink drainpipe. It was child's play for him. I give Paradigm Plumbing my highest rating."

He took the time to explain each of the steps in the process ensuring that I understood everything he was going to do and what purpose it served. When it came to pricing, he was honest and fair and broke it down into the different components of the job. He answered some questions that I had when I was unsure of how long I wanted the drain to be. He came out to give me the estimate and even arranged to come out the next day to start the job. "They came in with their team and went right to work. Only a portion of the basement needed to be waterproofed. They drilled out a 10-inch wide portion of the concrete floor, put stones, pipe, more stones and re-concreted that portion of the floor. Painted that wall with waterproof paint leaving me the rest of the painting to do (my choice). Drilled a hole at the bottom of each cinderblock which drained into a grey baseboard material which then drained into the pipe and flowed into the sump pump. Replaced the old basement window and placed concrete around it. Installed a sump pump, placed the pipe through the wall, placing the water exit pipe into a flower bed. Adding a circuit breaker dedicated to the sump pump. They described everything they were going to do prior to the job and everything they did at the completion of the job. Also, explaining how the sump pump worked. The total cost was $4200.00. The best part they cleaned up after. Oh and before they did anything they placed plastic all around so as not to ruin anything in the basement. I did not have to lift a finger."
