"The job was delayed by due to abnormally cold weather, however once the work was started it was completed in a professional and timely manner. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage. The answer was that the job would be done right and they took pride in their work. Excellent answer! I was extremely impressed with the clean up on completion. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone considering HVAC work and are looking for a professional that takes pride in his work."

"This is my second review of this company. Just like my first experience with Pocono Mountain Plumbing, Bob definitely came through for us again. We needed an emergency call when we discovered we had no water on the morning of 7/16/14. One call to Bob and I was assured that even though he was in the middle of a big job, he would make sure he got to us before the end of the day so that we could have water.
Good to his word, he and his assistant showed up around 4:00 PM and informed me that since he had done the work on our new well pump 2 1/2 years ago, he was going to stand behind the work he had done. We did have a one year warranty, but Bob being Bob didn't think that was fair,so he offered to take responsibility for anything that involved his work. You heard me, HE WAS WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS WORK.
Bob and Ronnie found the problem right away, discovering that some of the wires had become frayed, but they didn't stop there. Bob decided to pull the entire length of tubing and wiring in our well to make sure there were no other problems. No big deal right? Our well is 400 ft plus and they pulled out every inch checking for damage the whole way. Bob also decided to sanitize our well while he was here. Just another little perk that this man thinks about when he is working for you.
Just as Bob and Ronnie was putting everything back in place, a hissing sound was detected. Yup, sure enough there was a tiny little hole in the brass fitting that couples with the underground piping back to the house. Ironically, this was the exact kind of job Bob was doing earlier in the day, requiring a backhoe for the repair. I guess Bob saw the look on my face and realized we just weren't prepared for that kind of expense. (We are retired and on a fixed income) He told me not to worry that he would be able to do something that would give us a temporary fix. He couldn't guarantee how long it would work, but he knew we would have enough time to manage our budget enabling us to be able to afford the permanent repair. As he said, "it might work for six weeks or six months, but for now you're good to go"
I don't know many contractors who would put the needs of their customers before their own best interest, but Bob is just that kind of person and business man. The total bill for the work, they were here for 2 1/2 hours, was $655, BUT Bob gave us a $200 discount. This, I know, was done out of compassion for our situation at the moment. Again, if you know a better businessman, a more professional businessman and more compassionate businessman, then call him when you need a plumber, But if you don't know a plumber like that, and I doubt that you do, call Bob. You will never regret it.
Thanks, Bob. You know we are your loyal customers for life.

"Our technician Earl was very knowledgeable. When he came back to install our 80 gallon, commercial, "Bradford White" hot water heater Norbert and another younger technician were very helpful in removing the old tank with no mess at all and taking the tank away. All 3 worked very well together to complete the install. The total time to uninstall the old and install the new was only 2 1/2 hours. Thanks to all 3 technicians, you did a GREAT job!"

"Well done job. Communications with the owner Bill went very well, the install appeared to go smoothly, price was reasonable. Their staff has lots of experience. Healthy Home was recommended to us by another HVAC contractor for this type of work. We would definitely use Healthy Home for future HVAC needs.

"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"It went great! The Clark team is fantastic! I could only find one company to install my wood burning fireplace incert but they quoted me more than double the price. I was so happy to hear about Clark Chimney & Madonry, they did a great job for less than half price. Chris was very professional, and efficient and his team were great! Thank you"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I originally hired a terrible, terrible plumber. The final thing he was supposed to do was to run black pipe for gas to my oven/range and clean/service my gas furnace. The furnace was taken apart, and all he did was light it, and the pipe was not installed so I could not hook up my range. A great start to moving in to a new house.
I called random names from the phone book to find someone to clean my furnace in a hurry since it was starting to get cold, and had the owner of Yenason Mechanical show up on a Saturday as expected to give me a price on cleaning my furnace. He was friendly and polite, and gave me a price. While he was there, I asked if he could install the black pipe also, and he said he could and that he would also install the range for me. On a whim I asked him if he would also install my new dishwahser, which I was planning on doing myself but not looking forward to. The price he gave me was good, and on that Tuesday morning all the work was finished and everything is still working to this day (8 months later).
Yenason Mechanical was professional and timely, and the price for the work performed was fair. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
