"Matt and Ronny arrived right on time. Matt called first, 20 minutes ahead of their arrival as we had requested. Matt is the owner of the company, and he and I went over the details of the job to be sure that we were both on the same page. Matt left, and Ronny started to work right away. He carefully covered the floor and all exposed furniture and other items. Ronny then used Frog tape to mask the baseboard and other areas. I was impressed by this minor detail because I know that Frog tape is significantly more expensive than the standard blue painter's tape. Less than 45 minutes after his arrival, Ronny was painting.
I have done my share of painting over the years, and for me, the hardest part of the job is cutting in. Ronny did this freehand, no masking tape, and he did a near flawless job. Again, I was impressed. Soon he was rolling the ceiling, and then the walls. Everything received two coats of paint. When he was finished, Ronny cleaned up everything, put all debris neatly into a trash bag, and left the work area as clean as when he arrived.
At the end of the day, Matt called to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I told him that both my wife and I were honestly thrilled with our newly painted family room and he could expect more work from us in the future. "Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."
