I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! Homecraft IncHomecraft always does an excellent job from the initial call and estimate until the work has been completed and cleaned up. The roofing crew arrived early, placed protective sheeting over the landscape and deck prior to removing the old shingles, and then replaced 4 skylights and installed a new GAF roof system, and then cleaned up all debris. Advance Roofing Windows Siding & DoorsAfter 18 years, my wife and I started to renovate our home. We met with several companies (one of them being Advance). Prices were comparable with all of them, but quality of materials were not. We preferred the options that Advance offered and felt they were the right company for the job. I have never been a fan of high pressure sales techniques, up-selling or salespersons who’s answers are all about getting you to sign the papers. Rob, Advance’s sales representative, we found to be very personable. It was his knowledge and truthful answers that were the deciding factor in why we chose Advance for our first major home improvement job. We were installing solar panels and wanted to have a new roof installed before the installation. The Advance roofing crew headed by Adrian, were all very professional, friendly, and worked extremely hard during the hot summer heat in July 2019. We were so impressed with the roofing job and crew, in early 2020 we decided to continue our relationship with Advance and met with Rob again for our second job. This time a new 8 foot front door with side lights, family room french door, large foyer window, master bedroom windows in the front of the house and some cedar impressions siding accents. We were very happy with the job and quality of the finished work that Steve and Calvin completed. Like most jobs there are small details that need to be adjusted and these were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction with our project manager Gary. In November 2020, we completed a third job with Advance in which we installed two more doors, windows, and additional cedar impression and board and batten siding. Most recently, we scheduled a fourth job for the Spring of 2021 to complete the remaining windows (I have over 40 windows in my home). I can not say enough about how much Advance has exceeded our expectations in every way—the quality of work, great crews and home office staff. They are friendly, requests and concerns are answered quickly by our Project Manger Gary and Sale Representative Rob. Based on the excellent rapport we have with the entire Advance team, we have decided to continue our relationship with them for all future home renovations, no need to look any further. We look forward to continuing our home projects with Advance, as we know it will be stress free.- Janet C.

The whole process went great. I'll be honest, the price was a little more than we expected when we first got the estimate, but we didn't even bother with a 2nd or 3rd estimate because I could tell right away that we were going to get a high quality job. We got the airflow system and all. I was kept well-informed of when the team was going to arrive, when the dumpster was going to be dropped off, and when they needed to come back to finish a few planned follow-up things. The team that did the actual roof replacement was right on time, did an outstanding job, made themselves available if we had any questions, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Their Production Coordinator also did an excellent job and responded immediately to any questions we had. When the job was finished, we were given a complete walk-though of what they did. I have heard horror stories about roofers not showing up, not finishing the job, not cleaning up properly, etc. There was no need for any worry with this team and I would 100% recommend them for the peace of mind and a guaranteed excellent roof replacement.

NexGen did a beautiful job restoring the overhangs on the front dormer of our 100-year-old Craftsman house, replacing the cedar shakes with vinyl siding, and replacing the front half of our roof. Got several quotes on a new front entry door and storm door. All of the other sales reps were pushy and one of the Co.'s that came out didn't even give me a written quote when I wouldnt sign immediately. Tom Broido from Graboyes was freindly, knowledgeable and definately not pushy. Tom understood my wants and needs and delivered the best price by far on a new door and storm door. The quality of the door is better than anything I have seen so far. The order process was a little longer than I expected but the manufacturer was having issues with getting all the materials during the covid19 pandemic, which is understandable. I own a twin house built in 1937 with walls that are way out of plum. The installer was experienced, freindly and efficient. He started the job at 9:30 in the morning and finished by 3pm. The door was straight, clean and looked like it was always there. He went over all the features of the doors and what to expect from the door in the future. He was extremely clean and he performed the job on a cold and damp January day. the time of having an empty hole in the wall was kept to a minimum so as not to freeze me out of the house. All in all I am extremely pleased with the whole process. I would definately recomend Graboyes and I wont hesitate to use them again for my next project.
