"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

"Fidelis was quick to answer my request for a quote, and after a few emails and pictures he requested of the damage, he quoted me. He told me he was quite busy at the moment, but I was not in a great hurry. Soon after, he got back to me and said he could do my job the following week. He arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job - protecting everything around the areas where he was working with drop cloths and plastic sheeting taped up to the walls. He got the job done in one day, and even though he did not finish till almost 6PM, he did not charge me for anything additional. He cleaned up so well, it was hard to tell anyone was there. Better yet, when I look at my ceilings now, it is hard to tell there was ever any damage - and I did not even paint the repaired areas yet! I would recommend Fidelis to anyone needing sheet rock repair."

"I hired James to paint my front porch deck and rear deck we agreed upon a price for the total job. He came Friday to see the job and get an idea. I gave him $250 to get paint and materials. He finally gets there at 12:30pm he shows up with a can of paint and waterproofing which he never showed me which color he purchased so as soon as he started painting I didnt like the color and told him to stop! The whole expirence was terrible and the worst part is took the paint and never gave me my money back. The man straight robbed me in my opinion. I would never recommend nor hire him ever again!"
