A Fresh Look

Fidelis was quick to answer my request for a quote, and after a few emails and pictures he requested of the damage, he quoted me. He told me he was quite busy at the moment, but I was not in a great hurry. Soon after, he got back to me and said he could do my job the following week. He arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job - protecting everything around the areas where he was working with drop cloths and plastic sheeting taped up to the walls. He got the job done in one day, and even though he did not finish till almost 6PM, he did not charge me for anything additional. He cleaned up so well, it was hard to tell anyone was there. Better yet, when I look at my ceilings now, it is hard to tell there was ever any damage - and I did not even paint the repaired areas yet! I would recommend Fidelis to anyone needing sheet rock repair.

We had a wonderful experience with A Fresh Look. Fidelis is very professional (and a great guy). His quotes included a good break down of the work and were very competitive. He was great with scheduling the work and was very punctual. Fidelis's work is excellent and he also does an amazing job with dust and debris management. Walkway tarps were laid throughout our house to protect the floors and plastic was put up to contain the dust within the work areas. With out a doubt we would recommend A Fresh Look.

A Fresh Look, Fidelis Nyembo, is one of the most outstanding individuals I've ever had the pleasure to work with. From the moment he called, came to my home to provide an estimate, delivered the estimate and completed the work he was incredibly professional, hard working, conscientious and just so nice. His work is impeccable and he was accommodating to some additional work last minute. I wish he could do all our work. I would hire him again and believe you should too.

Fidelis is the BEST. He is very friendly, polite, and professional. He is always on time. His work is truly amazing. He will work from morning to dawn to give the MOST PERFECT job. If it's not perfect, he won't stop.I needed to install new drywall to the entire ceiling, and he got it done in just 3 and a half day. His pricing is also very fair. If you have a limited budget, he will also work with you to accommodate your budget. I will definitely work with him again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fidelis was very personable and reliable. It only took him 2 half-days to repair the drywall then prime and paint half my hallway ceiling. He did an awesome job of blending the new paint with the existing paint. It looks just like it did before the damage occurred. I would have no doubt I will be hiring A Fresh Look for my next drywall/painting job.

Fidelis provided outstanding service and his drywall repair was excellent (when he was done you would never have known there was a 16 inches high and wide hole in the wall). You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He went over and above by going to Home Depot to purchase paint that matched the existing wall color. I highly recommend him.

Fidelis, the A Fresh Look owner and primary worker, was a pleasure to deal with. He gave me a quote very quickly, it was the best quote of the four I got. He showed up on the day we agreed on, he and his assistant worked hard and well and did a quality job and cleaned up well, also.
