"The sewer pipe was cracked where it exited the basement wall. Ross and Andy responded quickly to my call. They reviewed the problem and gave me an estimate (costly, but fair) that they held to. They actually were able to do the work earlier than originally scheduled. They and their crew arrived early and completed the work expertly. Our soil is so clay impacted that they had to use a jackhammer to dig down to expose the sewer pipe. Ross also replaced our kitchen sink drainpipe. It was child's play for him. I give Paradigm Plumbing my highest rating."

"The project seemed to turn into something unexpected. I have a flush-up toilet that needed a new macerator installed. The pipes were realigned and the macerator installed, but the toilet didn't seem to work right. Their technician Mark immediately went into figuring out what could be wrong. Checking the pipes, analyzing the owner's manual, and calling the manufacturer of the toilet. He ran a few tests and figured out what was wrong. "Excellent! The toilet had been making a high pitch screeching noise at the end of every flush & the plumber we had used for over 20 years recently retired. We checked Angie’s List and found Joe. He returned my call promptly, gave an estimate for fixing what he thought was likely wrong (master fill valve needed replacement), and let me know that it could be more cost effective to install a new toilet, depending on what might actually need to be fixed. He couldn’t know for sure until he made the service call. Thankfully, he was able to fix the mid-1990’s Rialto, which fits great in our small hall bath. Joe was personable, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. The toilet now works like a charm and looks like new inside of the tank, since he not only replaced the fill valve but also cleaned the other working parts. I absolutely will hire Joe again!"

"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours.
