"This was a fairly extensive project. My backyard was nothing but weeds and rocks and dirt, in pits and valleys. I wanted a green lawn, and different levels, separated by a wall. I picked Pierce because he was well reviewed, and he didn’t try to upsell me. “You don’t need a retaining wall” he said, just stairs. When I was considering mulch rather than seed he said a similar thing “I don’t even think mulch will work with all the thistle you have.” I found Pierce to be very knowledgeable in addressing issues that came up throughout the project, and very efficient. I checked him on the cost of each phase of the project, and I always found his number reasonable. He is a bit of a perfectionist - he wants things done the right way. But the result has been worth it. I now have a beautiful lawn and steps where before there was nothing. He has even followed up with me several times since to check on how the lawn is progressing. I am very satisfied."

The team that did the work were courteous and cleaned up everyday before leaving. We had a pretty big job and it was completed in a week. This included building a retaining wall around our patio, clearing some debris from a less used area and creating a garden area for us. Finally, everything was edged and mulched. "Quick response time after contacted through Angie's list. The settling repair was done adequately, although they damaged my neighbor's driveway and also left trash behind. The seal coating job was poor. Gaps that were supposed to be sealed weren't. The area that was repaired was not sealed. The driveway looks like an unsightly patchwork at this point. I contacted them at least a dozen times and email communication from Jean was always friendly to rectify the situation. She promised many times to come back and complete the sealing job. But in the end, the promises never materialized and I have grown tired of badgering them. I cannot recommend them."
