The company that did the work had no idea how to properly use polymeric sand. They made a complete mess! I called them back to fix it, but their rework was just as bad. They also use polymeric sand where they should have used concrete. Fortunately, Barron will be taking it from here. They are professional, fairly priced and masonry experts. "Bill and his son worked conscientiously to point badly deteriorated brick mortar joints in the wall, from an old roof drainage problem around the chimney. They matched the existing surrounding mortar joints very well, in color and style. The most difficult part of the job was restoring rubble stone joints at the base of the chimney; the joints were so deteriorated, they had to build it back in two stages - results look good."
