Water problem seems to be fixed.

It took longer than I anticipated for work to begin. Did not respond promptly to phone or email. Additional work requested (not paid for) was never done.

Mike and his team are excellent: timely, thorough, and capable. Mike’s customer service is outstanding. We hired NcNelis for landscape and hardscape.

Mike and team are wonderful! I loved working with him. He had a very professional team and they made almost 2 acres of land look beautiful everytime. I highly recommend them for big cleanups in fall and spring and any landscaping project. He is fair, flexible and responds to your landscaping needs!

Fast Service

Had tiered retaining walls put in backyard. Price was excellent compared to other quotes received and work was quality.

They were going to build a wall that was not long enough nor high enough to contain the dirt. When I pointed that out they very accomodating and did just as I asked. I feel that you should keep an eye on them while they work.

Mike respopnded to my request quickly ,did a good job but underestimated the job and tried to overcharge for some little extras I requested ....by at least $100. but the wall looks great

Called and followed up in providing service; however, did not meet all my requests and made substituions but was just glad that someone finally showed up and didn't want to keep searching for someone else before winter. Landscapers are not dependent! This one I selected at least did give me an estimate and did show up and do work for me.

They were very customer service oriented, did a great job, easy to work with.

On time, Fair prices

I would not recommend this company for inside work. the owner even said, after the fact, that his crews do little inside work. Well the first time the stone was cut there was practically no dust but lots of water. I didn't worry about the water since it is easily taken care of. The stone had to be recut and the second time, I ended up with a Dust storm for Hades. I now have to clean every thing, including all clothing, dishes, ducts and so forth. Some dust i expected but not to the point of it even getting inside my fridge and microwave. Also these guys don't seem to understand to respect others property and to clean up their trash.

Work was delayed because of weather.

very please with Mike. He did a very good job. He is an honest person and I am pleased with the outcome. It looks great.
