"I received my call earlier today, and discussed my concerns. I wanted to start the process toward remediation asap! Mr. Griffin was at my house 4 hrs later. He was professional, compassionate, and answered all my questions, since this was a new experience for me and of concern. By 3pm, my home was totally inspected and my airborne samples were collected and headed to the GA lab for testing and results. Within minutes, a email to track my lab results status was sent to my phone! I can't do anything until the results are determined,and Mr. Turner, Senior Mold Analyst gets the report!
