We had mold in our basement walls and crawl spaces. They came out quickly to evaluate the issue and were back out within 2 days for the remediation. We were very happy with the work and the company was very easy to work with.

RAK has come out to service my home multiple times and have yet to fix my issue. Their customer service is awful and they only are responsive when they want you to remove a negative review from their profile. They do not care about the customer. I have dealt with multiple reps and each time they have a new reason on why my basement still smells of mold. They will not take any type of accountability.

I loved working with this company; they were very professional from start to finish, everything went absolutely smoothly, from making the appointment to getting the results of the tests. I didn't give maximum stars in some areas, because I was looking for even more in depth analysis, but I am nevertheless very satisfied with their services; it gave me peace of mind that I live in a healthy environment, which is was what I was looking for.

Al did an amazing job. He was extremely accommodating with his schedule. He came and did the work on a Saturday. He got the results from the mold tests that he performed the next day. His pricing is extremely competitive. I will continue to use his services as they are needed. Thank you again.

David customer service was exceptional & delightful from the beginning to the very end. The two men that performed the remediation were superbly perfessional & detailed. Had a water damage from my roof that created mold in my store, David and Steve walked me thru this whole experience from start to finish. Great genuine people!! Will definitely hire them again if i have any problems in the future.

I was having an HVAC unit installed when installing the unit the people found a lot of Mold. Two hours after I called them David came out to give an estimate and then today David came back with his helper Stephen and they did a great job.

I feel really disappointed about the unfinished job that they did, bad communication after we paid in full. He didnt answer my calls and I havent received any of the necessary documentation. 06-01-22 Albert came to finish the job and gave me the documentation

I called 3 times (3 separate days) before the scheduled date to discuss things. I finally wrote a lengthy text to all for him to respond I was out of my house for 5 days total Workers were at my house for less than 10 hours total The day I came home I called snd said I do not think it worked I got an argument from Albert saying it did 4 months later I am still having horrible issues I ask him albert to come out and rectify the situation His answer was NO I ask for remediation certificate. Numerous times. Still have none Also ask for copy 5 year warranty. Got nothing in return except a very rude person telling me I was dumb If this company is a legitimate business they contact me back and make right!

I called RAK when I had some issues in my house with mold from a previous leak. Not only did they respond to me very quickly, they were able to come out the next day to check out the issue in person. They were so caring and understanding I hired them on the spot. They were able to schedule me for mold removal within a few days of my initial call and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they have done. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will be referring them to anyone and everyone I know.
