This company deserves way more than 5 stars!! Owner was professional and honest, service was outstanding!! I found out 9:30 a.m. Tuesday I had a mold issue.. I called Rick @3 that afternoon .. he made appt for free estimate Wednesday @10 a.m. he was on time and straightforward in teaching and advising me best course of treatment. Made appt for treatment 10 a.m. on Thursday. By 12:30 my basement was mold free, fresh and healthy air quality and we no longer have a problem. Price was fair.. Service was excellent and crew was helpful, friendly and very hard working!! I do not wish my problem on anyone BUT if you have it hire this company for a life changing service! They are honest, very hard working and they care about their customers positive outcome. Very positive experience!

We were able to schedule quickly and the result was an excellent job taking care of everything that was damaged. The entire area was remedied and looks better than before the flood. Rick James responded in timely manner, explained process and at extremely reasonable cost. We were able to schedule quickly and Rick did a complete, professional job taking care of house surfaces, cleaned up all, left house in better condition than it was!! Wonderful company to work with, All my questions were answered and believe me I had many. Rick took alot of his time to make sure all my concerns were addressed; from having a spouse with health issues to what should I do with our animals, etc. He was the only one who came in with a very fair price. Two other companies lied about from needing a whole new roof and another saying we needed to have air quality tested at the price of three times what Rick quoted us. Rick and his team at EMS was great with our mold remediation job. We had very aggressive mold growing in the rafters below our roof. Rick had a more than reasonable price for his work and went above and beyond to make sure the mold was gone for good. Would highly recommend.

The owner of the company was very accommodating and came to the house to take a look of what had to be done to get rid of our mold problem, suggested what we should so & gave a fair price for the work to be done. The two gretlemen who came to do the job were outstanding in patience in answering questions, explained clearly, worked hard & are a credit to Environmental Mold Solutions. Kudos to ALL of them!

When I read the review that Sterling T. posted for EMS (about their competition starving to death), I was skeptical that I could have a similar experience. Having managed my original home for over 40 years, I've worked with an incredible range of professionalism and competence â  and lack thereof. Rick James is everything Sterling claimed: professional, timely, affordable, and courteous. When I down-sized to another home a few weeks ago, I had trouble breathing in the basement, especially in the unfinished laundry area. Rick took the time to discuss what he was going to do, why, and what I could do to keep my basement mold-free after he was done. I can now be in the laundry area without any adverse effects. What's more, Rick responded immediately to my follow-up questions about the dehumidifier and painting the unfinished area.
