"They went above and beyond what I expected to see from a contractor. Fantastic to work with. Electrical was top-notch, and precision measured. 2nd project: I had 4 other contractors bid. I turned one away immediately, and the next three didn't seem to understand building codes. They engineered the roof in a way which I only needed one post, as apposed to 3 or 4 posts like the other guys bid. They were able to tie this beam into the existing structure and make it supported."

"This was the third time I used Mark and he did a fantastic job. The bathroom was a challenge because the space was awkward but needed a shower added. Not only did he find a solution, but it looks great and really improved the value of the property. He did work throughout the house and even redid his work on the front porch railing after a brief conversation about making it look better -- the way he redid the work went above and beyond what I expected and really made everything look so much better. I keep going back to Mark for his work and highly recommend."

Jeff oversaw everything from pouring footers and a new slab, to the framing of the walls and roof, installation of windows and siding, plumbing, and drywall. "Alex had done some major work on the house before I listed it, so I had no problem calling him about this project. As usual, Alex came through in the clutch and found a licensed plumber to do the work, on time and up to code. Alex has been my go-to guy twice in the last 6 months, and he got the job done on time and at the quoted price. Although I live 1,000 miles away, he was great at keeping me up-to-date with phone calls and e-mails. He is an A+ contractor that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who asks."
