"Chris and his two sons did an amazing job on remodeling my basement into a playroom for my twin boys. They were very sweet, made me feel comfortable and also were very good with my two toddler boys. The moment they came to my house to do an estimate, i felt very comfortable around them and they were very friendly and threw out ideas on the remodel, like lighting and other ideas. They finished the job in less than 30 days (which was the timeline given) and they were very patient with me when i had changed my mind on certain things. Chris even played with my boys and had conversations with me, so I felt like they were more family than strangers working on my house. They did an excellent job on the remodel and everything turned out better than I had envisioned it. They were always on time and always cleaned up each day after they were done. "There were some glitches on my part. I didn't realize that the fans required single pole switches. The timer I purchased was a single pole and wouldn't work with the existing configuration. While they started working I ran back to Home Depot and returned the timer and bought the new switches that I needed. Also, the ceiling fan in my son's room required a 60 watt light bulb which I purchased during my return trip. The Home Depot lighting expert directed me to Schadler electric for the correct timer. I returned home with the correct parts and they finished all the jobs as promised and did not charge me anything for the extra time. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that gesture....so seldom found in today's world. I walked through my house and checked each item to make sure it was done correctly before they left my home. Everything checked out perfectly. Honestly, I have been wanting to get these things done for years. My beloved husband passed away 18 months ago and some of these items have needed attention since before he was alive. It is such a good feeling to find a trustworthy contractor especially when they have access to your home's interior. Run to, do not walk to, the next special offer you see on Angie's list offered by Action Door and Property Services. I am fairly certain that you will have that "best present I ever received" feeling like me."

"I have to say from the first time I met Alex I knew he was going to get my business. He was the only professional and friendly contractor that respected my home enough to take off his shoes upon entering. We sat down and went over the bathroom renovation project in detail and he stated he would get me an estimate in a couple days. The estimate came and I was very pleased. It had everything we discussed, but I reached out to Alex with questions. He promptly got back and answered all of them, which put my mind at ease. One of the major questions was am able to buy my own items/materials. He agreed and adjusted the estimate pricing accordingly. I signed the contract and begin buying my dream bathroom items.
    When it came closer to my project date, Alex brought the team over to my house to meet me and view the bathroom. We agreed on a time and the morning of the project they were there bright and early. The demo started and I began my journey to my dream bathroom. Everyday during the project, Alex communicated with me whether it was on site, phone call, and/or email. He made sure to tell all of his team members to remove their shoes when entering my house. At the end of the day the team would clean up and put their tools away. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project took longer than estimated time but it was definitely worth it. The team was very devoted and worked 14 hour days including weekends and a holiday to try to get back on schedule. This company definitely lived up to it's name "24/7 Remodeling". Alex and the team let me know of any issues encountered, so I always knew what was going on and could make the appropriate decisions. He handled every minor detail down to the finish of the vanity sink drain. Alex went above and beyond with clean up once the project was complete.
    I have heard many horror contractor stories but I can honestly say this was a pleasant experience. The work looks great and comes with a one year warranty. I would highly recommend 24/7 Remodeling for any renovation project for the home. I have really enjoyed working with Alex and the team and hope to have them work on my half bathroom in the very near future.
