"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. "Fantastic. He took care of every problem that we knew about and those that became apparent during the work. He is easy to work with, fair and very reliable. He has extensive experience and technical know how which reflects in his quality and efficiency. If I had to use multiple contractors the job would have cost me 2-3 times as much if not more. The house was in poor shape before the work but sold immediately after listing in large part to the Stephen's conscientious efforts. "A+++ I can't say enough good things about Nolan and the team of professionals that I dealt with from start to finish. Business agent Rob Hancock stayed in touch with me throughout the process and although he said they didn't do stucco repairs he supplied me with the gentleman I did deal with and they were exceptional ( Keiran O'Grady & Seamus - Dan-Mayo stucco, Masonary, cement contractors ). Nolan team led by coordinator Connell and job manager Suzgo Banda were excellent and always timely and professional . However the real highlight was the professionalism showed by their employees, Juan Carlos and Randy. These two gentleman along with Suzgo went above and beyond even our wildest expectation. Showing up at 7 am covering and protecting all landscaping before starting these gentlemen sanded, scraped, powerwashed, masonry sealed all surfaces. Then painted what they could applying two coats on separate days in weeks one and two. The stucco guys came in on a Tuesday and worked on fixing the stucco over the next three days putting several coats on three main areas we needed replaced. Once done Nolans team came back in and are finishing up as I type. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting done inside or out as well as Dun-Mayo for reasonably priced stucco repairs. Also at the end of the job along with their survey they give each customer a $100 voucher towards their next paining project. Pretty awesome. As a footnote in our research we discovered Nolan's employees are given benefits and most have worked with them for 25 years or more. We think this is pretty amazing and as a union man helped make this decision easier."

"I have just moved to the Delaware area. I was trying to coordinate installation of carpeting and painting of the basement prior to my furniture arriving. I left a message for Luis late Tuesday night, he contacted me within the hour. He met me at my new home on Wednesday afternoon and assured me the painting would be completed on Thursday. My room looks fabulous. The painters were there on time, they were enjoyable, and professional. Luis checked in on the job.
