"Bad Experience. Bait and Switched us. Told us the no more than cost of our removal verbally and then said he needed $4k to do the design with us and get final firm contract after that. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."

Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "Overall, they did a good job. They did concrete steps, bathroom remodel, drywall repair, painting, floors replacement and steps refinishing and room closet. For most of the work that they did, the job was ok. I felt as if they were more expensive than the level of service they provided. Also, they are not flooring experts. My floors were incorrectly installed and bubbled in multiple places after only a few weeks. When they came out to evaluate the issue and develop a solution, they appeared clueless and never responded to my text messages and phone calls. I had to hire a flooring contractor to redo their work. Ultimately, they performed adequately on everything except the floors. And they took way too long to complete the work."
