"I had Resnick roofing install James Hardie siding on my entire home. We got their signature package that included custom shake design, with a custom color. The product seemed to be very heavy duty, and finished product looks great. Frank was our project manager, who was onsite everyday, and went out of his way to speak to me every evening and send me pics and updates at the end of each day. The crew that was assigned to install the siding were extremely hard workers and very professional. They work 12 hours days and finished the job in four days. St the end of each day they cleaned up, and at the end of the project they left my home and yard better than it was before they started. I inspected the work every day looking for anything that might not be right and didn’t find anything. I would highly recommend Resnick roofing to anyone and plan on using them again for future projects."

"I had Resnick roofing install James Hardie siding on my entire home. We got their signature package that included custom shake design, with a custom color. The product seemed to be very heavy duty, and finished product looks great. Frank was our project manager, who was onsite everyday, and went out of his way to speak to me every evening and send me pics and updates at the end of each day. The crew that was assigned to install the siding were extremely hard workers and very professional. They work 12 hours days and finished the job in four days. "I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. Two years later, after finding black mold along the wall in my son’s closet, I realized my brand new roof was leaking in an entirely different location from the original leak. Long story short, I had B & E come back to my house 3 times, each time they promised me it was fixed, and now almost another year later, it is still leaking. I will be calling another roofing company tomorrow morning to come out and see what they think (I have since had this other company replace my garage roof and they did a fabulous job…and it doesn’t leak).
