Thye did vinyl railing all around my porch. They did it 15 years ago and then I had more of it added on. They did a good job. They were very professional. They did a great job.

Excellent. From the initial phone call when it was answered aftr 2 rings by office staff who told me someone would return my call to the finished product was very pleasant and professional. I received a call back within a very short period of time, arranged an initial meeting to review the project. They listened to our needs and plans, followed up with a review of materials, had an installer comeout whom I met to discuss detials and were agreeable to all our suggestions. The only slight downside was that one piece (bandboard) could not be obtained becasue of manufacturing issues. We did get another one which matched closely. construction took 3-4 days. The site was very clean after each day and at the end of the project. The overall price was very reasonable.

Don was outstanding. He wasn't pushy. He was kind and tried to help any way he could.

A Dodge Neon can take you from Point A to Point B. A Rolls Royce can also take you from Point A to Point B. These new railings are definitely the Rolls Royce of porch railings. The old railings were 11 years old & had been painted two years beforehand. But they looked awful, especially for being painted in 2013. Something told me that this would be a frequent job as they were probably made of some cheap pine wood or composite wood & installed by a builder or sub-contractor who did a dubious job. So to replace them - what to do. Find them in similar wood that would pass muster with a condo board? Or use this company, who, made a presentation to the association years ago & had obtained blanket approval for the entire sub-division. Buying new wood might only solve the re-painting problem temporarily, and the cycle would begin again. I decided to bit-the-bullet & use these guys. I had an idea of the cost as a neighbor had them installed a few years ago. So after the 2-hour presentation, I kinda knew what the cost would be. I got the "Angie's List" subscriber discount, saving about $200. Having just sold another house with a few dollars in my pocket, I opted to pull the trigger. The salesman told me the installation would occur in 8 - 10 weeks, which was accurate. Their office called a few days prior to the day they set. Since I didn't have to be on-hand, the date didn't matter. I also didn't have to clear the porch, which made things easy. The installer arrived on-time & went about his work, my presence notwithstanding. I'm told that an assistant joined him later in the day as I had no need to stay there. When I returned, the job was complete & looked just fine. The installer left a bill for the final 2/3 I owed them (I paid 1/3 to the salesman). I have no doubt these will never require any maintenance & will outlast me. I just think it's somewhat pricey, relative to other enhancements I made to the house. But it was my choice & I pretty much knew the cost. I'm very satisfied with the work & final result.

I have to say I couldn't be happier with my new porch and step railing. Even moreso I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service I received during the project. I like to work with wood myself (although not even close to the level of expertise the installer and his crew have) so I appreciate the time and attention to detail that I saw, especially from my installer. The sales person was knowledgeable, and went out of his way to show me samples, explain the process, take his time measuring, etc. He was very pleasant, respectful and courteous (shades of what was to come). I have an older Pittsburgh house so you never know what to expect or what you might find when you begin to open things up. The installer took everything in stride and led the team in removing existing old DIY attempts at porch deck structure supports that had shifted over time. I never once heard a complaint about the removal process which was physically challenging. Any questions I had for the installer were answered. I never felt they were perceived as 'stupid'; they were met with a 'Sure, what's your question'. If I didn't understand something, the answer was rephrased until I did. Rebuilding the deck began: ledger, joists, et al in place, laying of the decking boards.. it really started to take shape. Depending on the day, my installer's team could change, but even though there were new faces, the same polite, courteous, friendly, competent, willing to listen theme, remained. I felt like I, as the homeowner, was a part of the process, involved only as I should be, but respected. I found I could feel confident that my home was in good hands. Around this time, we ran into a snafu with communication around the skirting color and I did make a decision to go with a color that wasn't exactly what I had wanted, but the company's management and I worked it out and the results are fine. They did order me a specific accent color board for above the skirt, which as of this post has not yet arrived. My installer will take care of this when it is in. Porch steps, rails and spindles, the step railing, small cement work areas.. this is when it really began to take shape and I began to visually see what it would look like. A lot of the work was coming to a close, yet that same diligence to the job and a great work ethic persisted. The installer and his crew(s) are not slackers; they work hard and I can tell they enjoy what they do. All in all, it took 5 days, not counting the boards that we are waiting for. I doubt it will take long to add the 'finishing touch' to a great project. So would I recommend this installer, his crew, the company? In a heartbeat.

The installation went fairly well. The Installer arrived at stated time and the job was completed within the timeframe noted. We were told we would not see any hardware (I.e. Screws) when the job was finished; however, the plugs used to cover the screws were never installed. A subsequent call was made, the salesperson came and stated that someone would be out to install the "plugs" used to cover screws. I have not heard anything from the company and I am still waiting for the plugs to be installed. To me, this indicates the job is incomplete.

It was amazing how easily Mike installed the railing. He obviously knew what he was doing. It was so nice having a professional who was great as his job as opposed to the idiot who had installed a crooked disaster. A visitor at my neighbor's said that her husband kept telling her to come look at this guy and how good he was. If they were not from New York, I think that they would be hiring Bella Railings!

It was good. Bella Railings delivered what I say they were gonna do, they were hearing me.

Excellent job - we are nervous going from aluminum railing to thick vinyl but are very pleased with how it turned out. We went with Bella because they make their railings and they were able to get the angle we needed coming down the driveway steps - the rest of the companies we had bids from were unable to install the end post where we wanted it. We also went with the aluminum pickets which really opens up the porch.

Mike was on time worked all day 9: AM to 4: AM.

Shannon arrived promptly for the estimate. She was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly – and neatly dressed. Very professional. She was willing to spend as much time as needed to address my concern. Installer also great: beautiful job and cleaned up after himself.

Initial sales person was very knowledgeable about product addressing all my concerns. Installer was on time, professional, neat and gave good suggestions. Pricey but good value.
