"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

I was quoted one price and before they would do the job I had to ok an extra $4,000 before it could be done because they under estimated how much materials it would take for the job. "I'd like to share my disappointment and frustration with the recent bathroom remodeling project that Install America completed for me. The project was signed on October 29, 2022, started on January 12, 2023 and was supposed to be completed within 1-2 weeks. However, the project did not finish until March 27, 2023, taking over 2.5 months instead of the promised timeline. This significant delay caused me a great deal of inconvenience as it disrupted all my life plans. Additionally, living on the construction site for 2.5 months was unhealthy and stressful, which exhausted my nerves. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the lack of from the assigned project manager. The project manager never called back to provide updates on the project's progress, which left me in the dark about the timeline for completion. To make matters worse, after agreeing on the cost of the project, the salesperson added an additional $10K, referring to the fact that something was forgotten. This is unprofessional and unfair. Quality and quantity of work performed does not match the cost of the project, and I feel that I am being overcharged for services that were not adequately provided and while I have attempted to address my concerns with management, I have been met with resistance and have not received an itemized bill that justifies the charges. In response to these inconveniences, Install America graciously installed two additional niches (that were already in the contract), which is not adequate compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused. The $500 compensation was also insufficient. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Install America. I do not recommend Install America to anyone. Stay away from them.
