He replaced it, and now it works better than before, and the water pressure is so much better than it was. He saved me so much money over what the competitor wanted to charge me. He also replaced the non-functional spicket in the front of my house including a water shut-off valve. I have a small budget and his prices are very reasonable. As a final note, he came prepared with booties to wear over his shoes, so he would not get my floors dirty when he came inside.
