I hired NS JOHNSON to install a Climate Master Tranquility 30 geothermal heating and air conditioning system. Their work was very professionally done, and spot on the budget. The installation took a day an a half. The outdoor temperature was in the low 30 degree (f). On completion of the first day they activated the system to assure we had heat for the night. They completed the installation the next day. Iâ  m very impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing this service. They will continue to maintain the system on a yearly basis. I plan on using them for other services.

There was a delay in the parts shipment. Mr. Johnson said it was sent to the wrong place. So it delayed the repairs by several days. He did provide window units to cool our house while we waited for the parts to be shipped again. So at least we weren't continuing to suffer in heat and humidity. Never fully understood why the parts would have been shipped to the wrong place. Who messed up? But our a/c is working now just in time for the hottest days of the year so far. The service was friendly and he did what he said he would do. It just took longer than expected.

Excellent customer service. Plumbing technician was on time and very courteous and friendly. He wore protective booties over his shoes and he cleaned up behind him self. He was here and got the job done within 30 minutes. Price was good for me.

Mike was prompt with arriving to my home to repair my furnace, he explained the pricing and what he would charge me for the service, he had my issue fixed with in prompt time. Mike is a younger guy who is professional but someone who likes to make small jokes and I find that refreshing, I would rather Mike show up to my house to service my heating and cooling appliances than some bland repair man who tells you nothing till the end or explains what they are repairing. I will definitely sending in the service contract with N. S. Johnson,Inc. will definitely be spreading the word and recommending N.S.Johnson, Inc. to people.
