"Brian was there to unclog my drain within 3 hours. This isn't the first time that I've used Drain Kings and it won't be the last. Very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing and left my house clean. I highly recommend using them if you ever have plumbing issues."

"Faucet was leaking and thought I would need replacement part but all that was needed was for the valve assy. to be tightened. Because there was a standard charge the tech. asked if there was anything else he could help with and I had him look at my humidifier. I think the charge for his services and travel time was more than fair. I was very happy with the service."

"Jeff, Rob and his crew were exceptional They answered all of my questions even took the time to show me how things worked. They installed a water catch basin and sump pump to replace our smaller 25 year old equipment. Jeff suggested a better pump They were meticulous in their work and cleanup except for the new pump you would not even know they're there. I would recommend ONCE&DONE for any of your waterproofing needs Thank you ONCE&DONE"

"Hartel Construction provided the highest level of customer service we ever experienced. The attention to detail of their workmanship was superb. The drywall was replaced without any noticeable seams, the wood trim was hung without gaps, and the wall and trim paint blended perfectly. They worked around our schedule and showed up on time (one day when traffic was extremely heavy, they called before the scheduled time to let us know they would be delayed). Rather than provide less than a perfect job, Martin Hartel told us he terminated the relationship with his old flooring contractor who did not provide the quality he or his customers expected, and he gave us several recommendation for carpet installers. Except for the carpet which will be installed shortly by another company, you would never know there was a flooding problem. The quality of workmanship Hartel Construction provided is that good. We cannot complement them or recommend them enough."

The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Average project cost ranges between $180 and $700, but the cost per hour and per project depends heavily on the type, size, and complexity of the project. The pro’s experience level and your location also factor into how much a handyman charges per hour or per project. You can also expect to pay higher rates or additional fees for emergency services, or around periods of high customer demand, like holidays.
The cost of home remodeling is $50,000 for the average homeowner. However, this cost can range anywhere from $3,000 for a small project to $170,000 for a whole home remodel. Factors like project size, location, and room type all affect your overall cost. For example, bedroom remodeling costs are one of the least expensive projects, costing about $1,500 to $5,500 per bedroom. However, a kitchen remodel has a significant cost range, totaling anywhere from $14,500 to over $70,000.
