"Outside Temp today was 100 deg F with high humidity. Upstairs temp was 88 and climbing--upstairs heat pump not working. Called J &G. Brittany, their dispatcher, called one of the service guys who was finishing a job near the area and he swung over within half an hour. On top of that, our street was being repaved so he had to park on a nearby street and walk a block. Diagnosed problem in seconds, showed me how he did, and replaced faulty capacitor.
