Both were very cheerful and willing to do whatever was needed. They were very friendly and respectful. I would hire them again without hesitation. I couldn't ask for a better experience. That's why we're here timely mover's to help and make it a less stressful solution for you.
"I went to amend my review I left for them on their site, but it won't let me. Left an initial positive review, in the hopes I'd get the small handling fee $5.95 refunded. But nope. I hired them for 3 hrs, based on their online recommendation. 1 bedroom apartment, being moved into a storage unit. These guys moved VERY SLOWLY. Having 5 minute conversations between putting items into the truck. The other 2 people who were there with me also noticed, but of course it felt too weird and obnoxious for me to start getting onto them about going faster. But I should have. I didn't have them unload the items into the storage unit, just had them pile everything on the ground right from the truck to help them finish faster. Which still didn't help. Approx moving time was 10:11 am - 1:28 pm There is a 15 min grace period. Which would mean I had until 1:26 pm to be charged for 3 hours. I was 2 minutes over the grace period, and ended at 1:28 pm instead. 2 MINUTES. Spoke to their manager who said they had to charge me for another hour. Another $85 for a 4th hour, because they went 2 minutes over. Absolutely insane. And I tipped them 35%. Lesson learned. Don't recommend these guys at all. Go on their site, you'll see others commenting on how slowly they move. Maybe it's by design. But good lord this was NOT OK."
