They discovered and removed a unexpected hugh rock. Overall the yard leveling was very good. They also did additional fill-in leveling of the back yard that was not expected. I expected more significant leveling in one area by a dozer to flatten a ridge (my error for not confirming our interpretations of our discussion), spot fills were done, and a significant spot hidden by thick tall grass was missed. They came back promptly and filled in the missed spot, done very well and did grass reseeding in other parts of the lawn, notably after payment was made. Overall they go the extra mile."
