If I could give them a zero I would. They tell you what you need to hear to get your business then don’t deliver on it. After speaking to Stacey multiple times about the truck and being assured it would be a 53’ truck they arrived with 2 box trucks not large enough for the quoted price. When we called to have them rectify the problem, Stacey refused to assist us and turned everything over to Pauline. Pauline was rude, condescending and called us a liar multiple times. She refused to help us when the smaller trucks arrived. We had spoken to her prior to making the wire transfer about delivery. Delivery was supposed to be Thursday. She claims we never had that conversation even though we did. It was even in writing in an email she claims she never received. As the truck was packed the first thing they did was drop a box of China not packed in a moving box. My refrigerator hit the floor in the vestibule because one person attempted to take it out and it was too heavy for him. As they packed the trucks which only held 4000 cubic foot, when they knew we had 4053 they couldn’t fit all the boxes on the trucks. So they up charged us and put the wardrobe boxes with my gowns, husbands suits and most of our good clothes along with the mattresses strapped to the back of the trucks with rain coming. The belongings were to be transferred to a 53’ truck but Pauline changed her mind so she didn’t have to refund us empty space and could charge us more because they didn’t send the proper trucks. Upon delivery my good dining room table had a chunk out of the corner of the table. This had been the worst moving experience ever. I’ve moved by moving companies 3 times now and would never ever ever recommend Best American Movers. They should actually be named Worst American Movers!!!! They claim your satisfaction is their priority. It’s not. Pauline refused to make sure we were satisfied with the services we received. She refused to make their errors right.

Best movers I have ever used! Super fast, friendly, and on time! Very very affordable! Other companies are ripping you off, this company is the absolute best! I moved from DC to Charlotte, I drove down the truck and they unloaded my moving truck swiftly & with care! It was very hot outside and they were so fast it was insane! They even wrote down places for me to go and get used to the new area. Respectful, fast, friendly, affordable, and professional. ?

My experience with Best Movers US was top notch from my first interaction (when I spoke with Patricia to easily schedule my move) through the end (when Juan and the crew finished assembling our furniture and cleaning up). No one that I know enjoys the work and stress of moving, but having a partner like Best Movers US makes the whole experience much more bearable and actually reduces the stress. From the moment that Juan and his crew arrived (on time!) the morning of my move a couple of weeks ago, he told me that they were going to work fast because it was threatening to rain (which would've required re-scheduling the move because rainwater would've made it too dangerous to walk up the metal ramp into the truck). Juan and crew were able to pack up my entire 4,000 sq ft house in what seemed like record time, all without sacrificing attention to detail and care. I was very impressed with how Juan instructed his crew throughout the move and how responsive and respectful the crew was to him and us. Juan and his guys hustled the entire day - no need to worry like with other companies who drag their feet because they get paid by the hour. These guys are professional through and through, and it's the type of company that I'm happy to recommend because they deserve it.

If you are looking for movers who are professional, arrive when they say they will, operate with the utmost integrity and do an incredible job, hire Best Movers for your next move! Patricia was so very helpful in setting up our move and answering all of our questions. Her responsiveness and follow up we amazing. Juan came out to give us an estimate and once we received that estimate, that is exactly what we paid at the end of our move, not a dime more. Juan and the other man who moved us were incredible. It was a 95 degree day and they worked without taking a break until all of our belongings were in the truck. Then they drove through the night, arriving at their hotel at 6 AM (yes, AM!), got 4 hours sleep and then showed up to unload us in 2 separate locations. We can't say enough about the incredible customer service of Best Movers. It is very rare to find any contractor who is as professional and customer-service oriented as Best Movers. They are amazing!

Hired Best Movers US to move us locally. They worked hard all day and evening moving our large home. However, our brand new hardwood floors were scratched as they only used a moving blanket on our floors for protection when placing our refrigerator, washer and dryer in our new home. We initially thought these scratches were scuffs and would be a minor fix. According to our flooring contractor, the movers should have placed plywood on the floors before moving any heavy furniture or appliances and that the scratches are costly to fix. While we did not expect BM to pay for repairing the floors, we did expect an acknowledgement at least. No one responded to two emails with pictures and we moved two months ago. I cannot recommend this moving company, unfortunately.

Juan and team did an excellent job and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional moving service. They packed, loaded and moved all my stuff and have to say they took care of it better than i ever would. Everyone involved was very friendly and always communicated and responded instantly to any questions i had. If i every move again i won't hesitate calling them up, excellent service and people!

Juan and his team were great! It was a challenge due to it raining on and off all day. The ramp into the truck gets very slick when wet so they had to stop several times until the rain stopped. It took twice as long to get the move done and it was very uncomfortable outside with humidity. They stayed on it with no complaints and very pleasant to work with. We will be moving again in about 10 more months and they will be the first one we call!

The move was amazing - as far as we can see, one one thing broken/scratched - a picture frame. Juan and his crew of packers (3 women and 3 men) showed up on time. Juan managed the entire pack and load personally - you could see his mind working as his crew loaded the truck - everything in its place - a place for everything. Everything was packed and loaded on the truck by 4:00 pm. Everyone was super hardworking, respectful, friendly. The next day, Juan and his crew (3 men total) met us at the new home - on time and as promised. They set to work unloading the truck, disbursing the boxes throughout the house and then setting up. I would definitely recommend Juan and his crew to everyone.

From the very beginning, everyone at Best Movers was so very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. From Patricia on the phone allaying my moving concerns to Juan and his professional crew working non stop with what was a challenging move, I’d rate them higher if I could. Our house sits on top of a steep driveway, and everything had to be carried down as the truck could not get up it. These guys always had a smile on their faces! We promised Juan when it comes time to move us out to our new home, it would be on a level lot!

I just finished a move I have been dreading for months. I moved once last year and the moving company I hired let me down in every way. They were unprofessional, damaged my things, and made for an overall miserable move. My husband and I hired the wonderful folks at Best Movers US to move our household from Charlotte to Williamsburg, Virginia, and we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work. It began with the first phone call and continued through to a follow-up phone call we received a month after our move. Throughout, everyone connected with Best Movers US was friendly, capable, and efficient and demonstrated that they cared about making our move as successful and stress free for us as possible. We needed the company to do all of the packing, and the owner made two trips to our Charlotte home to be sure he had an accurate understanding of what that would entail and the materials and staff it would require. When packing day came, the crew was exactly on time and worked diligently and carefully to pack every item and label every carton. They showed the utmost respect for our belongings and did a great job of moving things within our house (and down our stairways) without damaging a thing. If they had any questions about an item, they asked one of us and proceeded exactly as we advised. The truck and crew arrived at our new home exactly on schedule and again worked diligently and carefully as they transferred every item from the truck to its appropriate location in the new house. Everyone worked efficiently, but there was never the sense that they were rushing through things just to be finished. As they had from the start, they showed that their first concern was making our move as successful and stress free for us as possible. And they succeeded. Now that we have unpacked every carton and removed the bubble wrap from every delicate item, we can report that not a single thing was damaged in any way. This was not our first move, but our tenth, and if I could go back in time I would hire Best Movers US to handle every one of them. Don’t waste time shopping around – do yourself a favor and hire Best Movers US.

The move went very well. I used to work for a moving company so I am very skeptical about the industry. The 3 man crew did an excellent job caring for my stuff, particularly the large conference table with the glass top. This is actually the second time I have used them to move my office. I would definitely hire them again and suggest others do as well.
