I suffered a water line break that flooded out my kitchen ceiling from my upstairs bathroom and he took care of the ceiling drywall replacement removal of the old plaster and lath ceiling and replaced my bathroom floor with a new laminate floor, where the plumbing contractor had to cut through to repair the pipes. He did it quickly and without any issue. I even had him paint the new drywall in the kitchen when he was finished installing. His rates are very reasonable and they did excellent work.Kieth did a great job and I would hire him again in a heartbeat."

He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain how plaster works, how it can be damaged and to answer our questions before providing a written estimate including the estimated start date and amount of time to complete the job. He asked for 1/3 of the total estimate up front. He had a crew of 2 capable people.
