Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain how plaster works, how it can be damaged and to answer our questions before providing a written estimate including the estimated start date and amount of time to complete the job. He asked for 1/3 of the total estimate up front. He had a crew of 2 capable people. He supervised them the first day and then came in at the end to inspect the work and get my approval before giving him the final payment. He communicated with me regularly on coordinating work times. They also were very careful to cover up with plastic and left very little mess. Note: we had 3-5 areas on the living room ceiling, 1 in the dining room, 1 in the kitchen, 2 in the bathroom, and 1 in the bedroom."
