"Excellent service! When we lived in Maryland, I had used Stanley Steamers, but here in Pennsylvania, I decided to try this carpet cleaning business because it was on Angie's List with good reviews. Belles' did an amazing job on my carpets, which had never been cleaned since we had them installed four years ago. Our daughter and her now-2-year old lived with us for several years and the bedroom they slept in had so many spots on the carpet from the baby spilling things and generally making a mess. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. I live in an old, old house that is not easy to clean, and I'm a terrible housekeeper myself.  So when I decided to throw a small party, I knew I needed outside help.  Angie's was offering a deal, so I grabbed it, and I was glad that I did.  Angie sent one staff member who was prompt, friendly, and efficient -- professional in every respect.  I told her she wouldn't be able to clean my living room because it was overstuffed with furniture that was meant for another room, but she snuck in and ran the vacuum cleaner in that room anyway, which was good because my guests used that room despite the crowded furniture.  My plan is to continue to watch for discounts offered by this service and to take advantage of them, hopefully around holidays.
