Not only does she do an excellent job, but she also has the courtesy to let me know just what time she will arrive. And if something has delayed her, she sends me a text to let me know. I appreciate that so much.

The cleaning job was, at first, satisfactory, but after she left I noticed major areas for which I had requested a deep cleaning, not done. The largest cleaning project that was not done, which she said she had cleaned, when directly asked, was the top of all the kitchen cabinets. These were terribly dirty and took me a couple hours to clean myself, after the fact.

Such a great cleaning service! Angela has been cleaning our home for almost a year and they do a great job -- both thorough and move pretty quickly. They have always accommodated all my requests, like using certain products. I highly recommend.

Angela and Antonio were very professional. They came to our home to view it and to discuss our expectations. They were both very professional and listened intently to what we expected as it pertained to the services they offered. They both asked about the types of products that we use on our wood furniture and kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, floors and all glass surfaces. Neither of them rushed through our initial meeting. They both were shocked that our home had just recently been cleaned by “The Cleaning Authority”. Angela noticed all of the imperfections of that company’s cleaning services. After our conversation Antonio gave us the price that we would pay for every other week home cleaning services. We instantly agreed to hire them. Antonio promised us that they “will clean our home”. They scheduled our first cleaning today 11/23/19. Angela sent us a text the previous day reminding us about our cleaning appointment. I must admit my partner and I were very excited about them coming to clean. They arrived on-time and were in our home for 4 hours. It is a 2,700 square foot townhome. It has 3 1/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, formal dining room, formal living room, kitchen and family room. Antonio said he would call when they had completed their service and they did. When we both arrived home we knew we had made a wonderful decision hiring them. They TRULY cleaned our home, respected our possessions, and cleaned everything on wall units, table tops, etc. We informed them by text message that we were thoroughly pleased and informed them that we will see them in two weeks. My recommendation for anyone looking for a house cleaner definitely hire Angela and Antonio.

Angela is incredible! You always know it’s going to be a professional job, the house will be smelling wonderful, and everything is done exactly as you would expect from a proper house cleaner. Hired once a month cleaning!!!

They are wonderful. They come in every other week, working with my schedule, and clean upstairs snd downstairs. They do the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, the stairs, bedroom and livingroom. They are flexible and willing to clean just about anything you need. We have dogs and cats, and it is never a problem. They are effient and fairly priced. So glad that I found them on Angie's List. Angela and Antonio began cleaning my house for me April. They were great in our first meeting and we easily reached agreement on what would be included and at what cost. They did an excellent job at the first cleaning and my house looked amazing. They have returned each month to help me keep it in good shape and I am pleased every time they are finished. I have a large home - and they clean 7-8 rooms and 3 bathrooms for me each time. (About 2,500-3,000 sq ft)

Wonderful job! I will see hire again

Angela has been providing us full house cleaning service for the last several months. We're really happy with her attention to detail and consistent quality of service at a very reasonable rate. She's very professional and receptive to feedback. If I have an issue with something, she makes sure to address it before she leaves that day. I've tried other cleaning services before and was concerned with rotating staff or service that fell short after the first couple of cleanings. With Angela, I trust her in my house and know she's going to provide the same great cleaning each time. We look forward to her visits because the house feels brand new after she's done with it. We highly recommend Angela!
