I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. It's been over two months and no one has contacted me and no one ever came to see the condition of the concrete. I also sent an email to Omnipro through this site one month ago, and again no one responded. Very disappointed. I will only hire them for future work if they will demonstrate appropriate follow-up and resolution."
