"Modern did a thorough repair job including significant structural repairs on 2 levels of the home. They documented their work extensively in photos (at my request) for any future homeowner. Modern was careful to tape off non-work areas of the home (for dust control) and they protected my newly redone hardwood floors with full tarp covers. They cleaned up when job was complete and even repainted repaired areas. They were proactive and treated for termites in one area, in case they returned!
