Pricing of new jobs will include many variables, such as a size and scope of the job; time involved to complete the job; cost of materials and labor involved. Also taking into consideration local codes and ordinances, and permit fees that may increase the final job cost or the completion time of such jobs. I have the ability to deliver flexible, courteous and customer-centered services. I schedule work Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM. Weekend days will be shorter 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and used to complete work that was delayed due to inclement weather or lack of materials. Weekend days would also be used to provide estimates on new work projects.
