"The broken off post had been set in concrete in the ground.  He had to jackhammer out the old concrete, put in new concrete and set a new pressure treated 4x4 post in place, brace it while it set for a couple of days, and attach the rest of the original privacy fence. Came back a couple of days later after the concrete had set, removed the brace, and inspected the job for customer satisfaction.
