Raymer & Son Exteriors has done many jobs for me through the years and has always done an outstanding job. This job was handled in the same professional way all the others were. My old deck steps were not only rotten but each step was a different height and the top step was 11" high. Tom ripped out the old steps and repaired framing that was unsafe. He installed new steps (adding one step) and now all my steps are exactly 7 1/2" high and he made them 16" deep which is exactly what I wanted. He even picture framed each step with the decking treads. He also replaced my step railing which was old and to high from the steps. Tom also cut fence pickets to match my current fence exactly. He replace two full sections that were damaged and various pickets in other sections. He had to replace two of the fence posts. The treated wood will have to dry over the winter and then in the Spring I will have Tom?stain the whole fence and deck.

I contracted Raymer & Son Exteriors to have the outside of my 100+ year old house painted and repaired. As the job progressed I contracted with then to install (10) new replacement windows and other small items.The project was started and finished on time. At anytime I could talk with them about how the work was progressing. They were very professional and cleaned up everyday. Care was given to the equipment kept on the premises not to interfere with daily activities going on. Anytime we added more work the agreed upon budget was revised and submitted to me. I knew at all times what was agreed on. When I brought a concern to their attention they assured me it would be done. They worked very independently to the point that sometimes I didn't even know they were there.

I have received many compliments on the finished project. The way they are flexible and dependable was very important to me. If I had something that needed to be added on, it did not become a problem for them. Outstanding personalities and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

Raymer and Son Exteriors have provided me with excellent service for both major and minor projects for many years. They have always been very professional and provided me with good information prior to the start of any project and were always within the prices they estimated.
