The service was good, everything was good with it. The was always very helpful and very knowledgeable. The work was completed on time. The service department is really great. They've got a shuttle service that will take wherever you need to go. They treat you like really a high customer and a really a few problems that I've had with them were usually resolved to my satisfaction.

First, I tried to make the appointment through their website and got nowhere. The site kept freezing. After the 3rd attempt, I called.

I had a free oil change and paid to have the tires rotated. I left the car so I didn't have to wait and asked them to lock the spare key inside the car as I would be picking it up after they closed. I was told it would be moved to the other side of the lot so it wouldn't be locked in. When I went to get my car...sure enough...it was locked in, my extra key was not in the car and neither was the receipt...UGH. Quite frustrating to have to make a second trip out to the dealership.

They always did good work. I've had experiences with them in the past. I just got a new car from them last October and had some work done previously. They are very, very good.

First, the job took longer than promised. I was eventually called when the vehicle was "done", and made special arrangements with a friend to come pick it up, only to find it had scratches and a poor finish over the repaired area. It had to go back to the shop to be buffed out and it wasn't ready again until a few days later. Therefore, a lot of inconvenience was had for a simple job that should have been right the first time. No adjustment was made to the bill (I asked). Ever since the repair, my door has had a rattle inside, and they also did not re-install some of the factory grommets and trim. Hard to believe that this quality is what's acceptable from a dealership. I would not recommend them.

They could not locate the noise in the rear suspension and gave us some poor excuse that it was temperature related.

It was a very good experience.

My overall experience with them was great. They worked so hard, and they were very thorough. They let us take our time to make a decision. They have the car we wanted.

I have used them since 2008, and they have provided good services for me. They are prompt with getting an appointment, accurate, and give you quality service with your car. I am satisfied with their pricing.

I always get great service from the guys at Jones Honda.  Most people will say that going to the dealership is a no-no but I disagree.  They are professional.  The waiting room is nice and clean.  There is a small area for kids.  I always like that they will drop me off at the mall and pick me up when the car is ready which makes "waiting" easy!

I trust them based on my long-term relationship with them. The people there are really great. I have worked with John and Lori, and they are both professional. I would recommend them. I thought that they were reasonable. They probably aren't the cheapest provider you could find. Being a dealership, they offer quality service. They are also reasonable. I have been happy with them.
