Scott not only performed the repair work requested but provided advice about other home issues that did not require repair.  (For example, flickering kitchen lights were caused by my use of CFL bulbs for lights on a dimmer switch.)  He and his co-worker were friendly and courteous (and did not make me feel incompetent because I don't know much about home maintenance issues), and they cleaned up the work areas after they were finished.  
It was initially challenging to schedule the work because of my location and work schedule, but Scott was persistent and the repairs were not urgent.  I will definitely use Home Aid Handyman in the future - and with a 40-year-old home, there will be a future.  I highly recommend this business.

There were several other handymen who would even call me back.  He called right back and came over a few days later.  The job was done quickly and well.

The guy who came out was very diligent, very ambitious and much of a perfectionist. He did a great job with all of the tasks we asked him to perform.  He even showed up a little earlier than his appointment.

I will continue to use his service. I talked to the owner Scott. He was appreciative of the feedback as far as how everything went. 

I expected that it would take all day. It really only took all the morning and a little into the afternoon. He did everything in a timely manner. We're very happy with how everything turned out.

They’re very good and very thorough.  They’re conscientious and they want to make sure the job is done right.  We’ve never been dissatisfied with their work.  I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a handyman. The price really isn't bad; I don't consider it unreasonable. They seem to get satisfaction from doing the job right.  They're perfectionists and they want to make sure you're happy with the job before they leave.  There were a couple times when they didn't show up exactly on time but they called to tell me they were running late.
